Essentialism
My ❤️ passion revolves around my own essentialism. It's about less, about reducing what is superfluous. Essentialism puts the 🏹focus at the center. I focus my ⚡️energy, effort and attention on what is really important - the rest is purposefully deleted.
Minimalism & essentialism is my passion and challenge
Some of my favorite inspirations:
Leo Babauta – Minimalist and Zen-Enthusiast. Blogs about Zen Habits. He is a writer. My favorite books I hardly recommend: ‘The Simple Guide to a Minimalist Life’, ‘The Power of Less: The Fine Art of Limiting Yourself to the Essential in Business and in Life’ and ‘Zen Habits: Handbook for Life’.
Gabe Bult – he is a minimalist, frugaalst and expert on efficient money management. My favorite: Youtube-Video “17 Stages Of Minimalism“.
Marc Bielefeld – Marc Bielefeld lives on the Elbe / Hamburg and writes as a freelance author for magazines such as mare, Merian, National Geographic and Yacht. He lives on his sailing boat. My favorite Book: “Whoever has the sea needs less” (Original in German: “Wer Meer hat, braucht weniger”).
